Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Mirabot browser extension and the Mirabot web app (together, "Mirabot"), provided by Mirus Ventures LLC ("we," "us," "our"). By installing, accessing, or using Mirabot, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Mirabot.
What Mirabot is
Mirabot is an AI agent that acts on your behalf inside your browser: it reads pages you direct it to, captures knowledge you choose to save, chats with you about what it finds, and — only once you turn on Browser Control — performs actions like clicking, typing, and navigating on your behalf. Eligibility
Mirabot is not directed at children under 13, and you may not use it if you are under 13. If you are using Mirabot on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Let us know right away if you suspect unauthorized access.
Browser Control
Browser Control lets Mirabot take actions in your browser — clicking, typing, navigating, and reading page content — at your or the AI agent's direction. It is off by default, and you can turn it off at any time from the extension's popup.
Because Mirabot is acting inside your live browser session, you are responsible for supervising what you authorize it to do, and for the consequences of any action it takes while Browser Control is enabled — including actions on sites where an unintended click or submission could have real effects (purchases, messages sent, settings changed). Mirabot maintains a best-effort internal list of sensitive sites (banks, password managers, and similar) where it will not act, but this list cannot cover every sensitive site that exists — use your own judgment about where you enable Browser Control.
Market data is not investment advice
Mirabot may show market data, prices, and calculation results, and its AI agent may discuss them. This is information only. It is not investment, financial, tax, or legal advice, and it is not a recommendation to buy or sell anything. Data may be late, incomplete, or wrong. Verify it independently before you act on it. You are responsible for your own decisions.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use Mirabot to:
- Violate any law or the rights of any third party
- Access, capture, or act on accounts or systems you don't have permission to use
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer Mirabot's underlying services
- Use Mirabot to build a competing product by systematically extracting its prompts, models, or underlying code
Intellectual property
Mirabot, including its software, design, and branding, is the property of Mirus Ventures LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the content you capture or create using Mirabot. We don't claim ownership over your saved pages, chats, or workspace content.
No warranties
Mirabot is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, express or implied, about Mirabot's reliability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. Because Mirabot is an AI agent, its outputs and actions may sometimes be wrong or unexpected — review anything it does before relying on it, especially with Browser Control enabled.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mirus Ventures LLC and its affiliates, officers, and employees are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Mirabot, including damages resulting from actions Mirabot takes with Browser Control enabled.
Termination
You may stop using Mirabot and disconnect your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to Mirabot for anyone who violates these Terms.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update this page and, where required, provide notice within the extension before the change takes effect. Continued use of Mirabot after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Mirus Ventures LLC, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
